Paul, founder of Hameland approach us in early 2021 and asked if we could design 100% recyclable furniture using Reboard, an engineered paper board with a fluted core.

I worked closely with Paul to come up with 5 different styles with various side panels. This almost year-long project required many revisions to make the furniture pieces economically efficient while maintaining his design aesthetics which were drawn from his Scottish heritage.

I designed everything from the furniture styles and variations, packaging, cutting methods, product coding, item labelling, product processes and methods. It was an exciting project to be involved in and I learned a lot about economical production processes.
